Community Guidelines

Loka depends on timely, useful, and respectful neighborhood safety information. These Guidelines apply to reports, profile fields, photos, videos if enabled later, confirmations, flags, and other contributions.

Post useful, first-hand safety information

Protect privacy and dignity

Photos, video, and copyright

Upload only media you created or are authorized to share. The current app supports report photos; these rules also apply if video is enabled later. Do not trespass or violate privacy to record. Do not upload news footage, social-media reposts, music, CCTV copies, or other copyrighted material without permission or a valid legal basis. See our Copyright complaint process.

No abuse or illegal activity

We prohibit threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, fraud, spam, illegal sales, instructions that facilitate wrongdoing, malware, attempts to expose security vulnerabilities to the public before responsible disclosure, and content that discriminates based on protected characteristics.

Moderation and enforcement

Reports may remain pending while reviewed. We may reduce distribution, blur, label, remove, preserve, or disclose content and may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts. Context, severity, history, public interest, and credible risk inform enforcement. No moderation system is perfect; visibility does not mean Loka endorses or verifies a post.

Report concerns

Use in-app flagging for misleading or harmful reports. For urgent legal, privacy, or safety concerns, email support@lokabyproxx.com. Loka is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
