Copyright Complaints

Loka respects intellectual-property rights under applicable Indonesian law, including Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright. We may remove or restrict infringing material, notify the uploader, preserve relevant records, and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Notice of claimed infringement

For the fastest response, use the subject “Copyright Notice” and include:

  1. Your full name and physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
  3. Identification and location of the material you want removed, including a Loka report URL, report ID, screenshot, and enough detail for us to find it.
  4. Your postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law.
  6. A statement that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, with supporting evidence.

A false or materially misleading report may create legal liability and may result in account action. Consider quotation, news reporting, education, licensing, public interest, and other lawful limitations or exceptions before submitting a notice.

Uploader response and appeal

If your content was removed by mistake or you have permission or another lawful basis, email “Copyright Appeal.” Include your name and signature, the removed material and its former location, your explanation and supporting evidence, and your contact details. We may forward the response to the claimant, request more information, keep the material restricted during review, or restore it when appropriate.

Other rights

This process is for copyright. For privacy, trademark, defamation, safety, or other concerns, identify the issue and report ID in an email to the same address. We may request additional information and preserve records as required by law.
